Pastor Nate,I think your idea of a blog is great and found your comments stirring up my spirit to contemplate just some of the wonderful things that God has in store for us at WOLF.Keep up the good work we appreciate you guys very much.
Love, Al
Thanks Al. We are all thankful for your continued active part in helping our church be a worshiping church.
Nate,
what a great blog! I like your thinking, not just in terms of Genesee Home themes, but over all. I will make this a frequent stop of mine.
Glad you like it Charley, and thanks for the kind words. Hopefully we’ll encourage some other pastors in Winnemucca to pay you’all a visit. Peace.
I have started reading some of you messages and like them. Its when you ask the questions directly not as an undertone. It might be because it shows evidence of application in our own lives I can come back too. Definitely going to write a few notes or two into my devotional journal.
Glad you’ve enjoyed the blog, Zachary. I hope the Lord continues to minister to you through some of the thoughts here.
I use to update a blog about stuff I learned and it helped me at the time immensely so I decided to start doing it again. I am trying to do deeper critical thinking now, and Searching for God Knows What by Donald Miller help me realized that we don’t always need bible study aids and we can get a lot out of it by reading into the story instead of treating it like a report.
That is a fantastic book! – my favorite of what he’s written. Glad you’re going to get back into written reflection on your reading of Scripture and experience of life. Blessings!
Just started a blog thingy of my own. Thanks for the inspiration. I’m definitely a fan of yours. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
Glad to hear you’ve started writing one as well. And glad you’ve enjoyed some of my ramblings. Peace.
